Partnerships & Community Building
I am deeply committed to building connections within the running community, specifically as it relates to increasing visibility, opportunities for BIPOC runners where access to running and racing opportunities has historically been limited. My guiding philosophy centers on bringing joy, inclusion, and a sense of radical optimism to the running world. I am always seeking new ways to engage with and expand this important work.
Angel City Elite with Brooks Running
Angel City Elite is an elite women’s running team based in Los Angeles, dedicated to increasing diversity and representation in distance running while empowering the next generation of athletes.
As an ACE athlete, I help organize community outreach initiatives, lead group runs that center inclusivity, connection, and a shared competitive passion for fitness. Our team is currently sponsored by Brooks Running!
Renegade, supported by Hoka, sponsored thirty women who took on three distances and thirty incredible races at the 2025 UTMB Kodiak Ultramarathon.
Over twelve weeks of training, coaching, and community, these women built a community grounded in strength, teamwork, and self-determination. As the community manager for the LA team, I helped support bring this vision to life. A powerful reminder of how transformative it is when women make space for one another.
